When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store full card numbers). We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited and session duration to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the platform: processing payments, managing your subscription, sending account-related emails, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Discretion & Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of adult content platforms. Your account activity, subscription status, and browsing history on BondageVault are kept strictly confidential. Billing statements from Stripe will appear under a discreet descriptor. We will never contact you via postal mail related to BondageVault.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use session storage (not cookies) to maintain your age verification and login state within a single browser session. This data is cleared when you close your browser. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We use Vercel for hosting. Neither service receives your browsing or content activity data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

All data is transmitted via TLS encryption. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We conduct periodic security reviews and promptly address any vulnerabilities.
