1. Age Verification & Eligibility

BondageVault is an adult content platform. By accessing this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). If you are not of legal age, you must exit immediately. We reserve the right to terminate any account upon discovery of misrepresentation of age.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $14.99/mo via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

3. Content Usage

All content on BondageVault — photos, videos, and written material — is for personal viewing only. Redistribution, reproduction, resale, or public posting of any content without explicit written consent from BondageVault and the relevant creator is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Creator Content Standards

All creators on the platform must be 18+ and verify their age before publishing. All persons depicted in content must have provided verifiable consent. Content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or any illegal activity is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement. BondageVault maintains records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

5. Account Conduct

You agree not to harass creators or other members, attempt to circumvent subscription gates, use automated bots or scrapers, or engage in chargebacks in bad faith. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Creator Payouts

Creators receive 85% of net revenue generated from their content. Payouts are processed on a monthly basis via the payout method on file. BondageVault retains 15% as a platform fee covering payment processing, hosting, and moderation.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

BondageVault provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 3 months prior to any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
